The vault: room to mature

Our wine cellar has been designed for the vinification of crystal-clear, highly pure and variety-typical wines. Gravity is used to guide the wine through its various stages of development, avoiding the stress of mechanical intervention. The grapes are harvested and processed and the wines matured in batches according to variety, typicity and potential. The whites are fermented in stainless steel tanks at the ideal temerature, while the Burgundies from our Pfarrweingarten site mature in small oak casks (225l or 300l).

On the palate: the fullest aroma

You may taste our wines in the recently refurbished, attractive tasting room. We will be happy to present our current wine line during the following opening hours of the winery:

Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 6p.m. Holidays by appointment only.
