GRASSNITZBURG Sauvignon blanc 2013

Complex, many-faceted and very profound is the first impression in the nose. Lots of black currant, ripe tropical fruit and smoky elements from the limey terroir. Slowly rising in the mouth, aromatic and juicy at the same time, enticing texture.Ideal with noble fish and seafood, shellfish, asparagus, mushroom dishes.

Fassreserve 2007 Pfarrweingarten Weißburgunder "Große STK Ried"

Was left to mature on the lees in oak casks for seven years ( from fall 2007 to fall 2014). Beguiling comlexity from the first second on: ground hazelnuts and fresh pretzels, some marzipan and dried dates, followed by dried hay flowers and subtle tones of quince. The firework continues in the mouth, black tea and verbena, subtle and fine-aromatic. No youthful fruit to divert you, clear and focused. Pure elegance, deeply marked by the limey soil, while always bright and fine. Long lemony finish. Ideal with noble fish, mushroom dishes
