Optimale Trinkreife bis 2030 und länger.
Vielschichtig, reif und sehr tiefgründig. Es überwiegen fruchtige Aromen, der stark kalkhältige Boden sorgt für süße, dunkle Johannisbeer Frucht. Dazu läßt der Duft Erinnerungen an exotische Früchte wie Maracuja und Litschi entstehen. Am Gaumen spürt man sofort seine tiefe Komlexität und saftige Struktur. Bleibt lange im Mund.

Fassreserve 2007 Pfarrweingarten Weißburgunder "Große STK Ried"

Was left to mature on the lees in oak casks for seven years ( from fall 2007 to fall 2014). Beguiling comlexity from the first second on: ground hazelnuts and fresh pretzels, some marzipan and dried dates, followed by dried hay flowers and subtle tones of quince. The firework continues in the mouth, black tea and verbena, subtle and fine-aromatic. No youthful fruit to divert you, clear and focused. Pure elegance, deeply marked by the limey soil, while always bright and fine. Long lemony finish. Ideal with noble fish, mushroom dishes
